Welcome to Solo Founders Group. By joining our Telegram chat, subscribing to our paid tiers, or participating in our community, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By accessing Solo Founders Group, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must leave the group and cancel any active subscriptions.

2. Description of Service

Solo Founders Group is a community and Telegram chat for makers, SaaS founders, and startups. We provide a platform for networking, sharing insights, discussing business growth, and sharing content related to building in public and marketing on 𝕏.

3. Paid Subscriptions & Refunds

Access to certain features, private sub-groups, or premium benefits may require a paid subscription.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via third-party processors.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
• Refunds: Due to the digital and immediate nature of community access, payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law.

4. Community Rules & Conduct

To ensure a valuable environment for all makers, you agree to follow our code of conduct:

• No Spam or Aggressive Shilling: Do not post unsolicited promotional links, generic pitch templates, or mass DMs to members. Sharing your progress or building in public is encouraged, but context-less self-promotion is prohibited.
• Respect and Professionalism: No hate speech, harassment, toxic behavior, or personal attacks. We maintain a constructive, supportive space.
• No Illegal Content: Sharing pirated software, leaks, or illegal material will result in an immediate ban.

Violation of these rules may result in a warning, temporary mute, or permanent ban from the group without a refund.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Our community operates on Telegram. Your use of the group is also subject to Telegram's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any platform downtimes, technical bugs, or account suspensions imposed by Telegram.

6. Limitation of Liability

The advice, strategies, and insights shared within Solo Founders Group by administrators or other members are for informational and networking purposes only. We do not guarantee financial success, SaaS growth, or specific business results. Solo Founders Group and its creator, Alexander Isora, shall not be liable for any direct or indirect business losses resulting from advice taken from the community.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the group after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
